Licensed plumbers · Harbor Falls
Water where it shouldn't be? We've seen worse.
Call and a licensed plumber picks up, not a call center. You get a price before the tools come out, and we leave the place tidier than we found it.
Fastest, day or night
Call now (612) 555-014724/7 for emergencies. Office hours Mon to Fri 7:00 to 6:00, Sat 8:00 to 2:00.
Not urgent? Request a quote
Four quick answers. We call you back with a price window, usually within the hour in business hours.
While you type, the four answers sit in this browser as a draft, so ducking off to find the shutoff valve and coming back doesn't cost you the typing. That draft is deleted the second the request is composed. No server sees any of it: sending opens your own mail app with the request already written.
If your email app didn't open, copy the request and send it any way you like, or just call.

How it works
Three steps, no surprises
-
Tell us what's happening
Call or send the quote slip. One sentence is enough; a photo helps if you have one. If it's urgent we'll tell you where your shutoff is while the truck is moving.
-
You get a price, not a shrug
We look, we quote, you decide. The number is agreed before the tools come out, and it's the number on the invoice.
-
Fixed, tested, tidy
We run the water and test the fix while you watch. Drop cloths down, boot covers on, old parts hauled away.

What people say after the water stops

They answered at 2am, talked me to the shutoff before the truck arrived, and had the line repaired by breakfast. The kitchen floor survived.
Same plumber every visit, price stated before the work, photos of what they found under the building. My tenants stopped dreading repairs.
Quoted a number on the phone, held it on site, and were out before the lunch rush. That's all I wanted and nobody else would do it.

Plain answers
The five things everyone asks
What does it cost to have you come out?
The visit fee is $59 and it comes off the bill if you go ahead with the work. [set your fee] You hear the full price before anything is opened, cut, or replaced. If you say no, you owe the visit fee and nothing else.
Do you really answer at 2am?
Yes. The emergency line rings a plumber, not a machine. While the truck is on the way we'll tell you where your shutoff valve is, which solves half of the panic on its own. Night and weekend emergency work carries an after-hours rate, and we say the number on the phone.
How fast can you actually come?
Emergencies jump the queue immediately. For everything else, most calls get a same-day or next-morning slot. We give you a two-hour arrival window and we call when we're twenty minutes out, so you're not hostage to the whole afternoon.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes: state master plumber license #[set your license], fully insured, and we pull permits when the job needs one. You can check the license number with the state board, and we'd rather you did.
Will my house be a mess when you leave?
No. Drop cloths down before the toolbox opens, boot covers at the door, old parts and packaging leave with us. The work itself is guaranteed: parts and labor for 12 months [set your warranty], in writing on the invoice.
Ready when the water isn't behaving
One call, a straight price, a tidy fix. That's the whole pitch.
